Shipping rate and Delivery time:

Delivery time: Handling time + Transit time

  • Processing time: 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday)

All products go through a production process and therefore there is a processing time.

Delivery or shipping method:

We use DHL, UPS and FedEx  to deliver or ship products. Your order will be delivered on working days by a courier of your choice. If you are not at home during the first delivery, the package will be offered to your neighbors if possible. If this is not possible, the package will be delivered directly to a collection point. You will receive a message about this in your mailbox. The package will remain available at the collection point for another 7 days.

Undeliverable packages:

Suppose a package cannot be delivered because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information. In that case, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

What if my item gets lost during transport?

We hope this never happens, but if your item does not arrive, please contact us at duckstew@duckstewfashionstore.com and we will try to resolve the issue.
